Warden brings its drinking water up to standard

On behalf of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Andrée Laforest, MP for Brome-Missisquoi, Isabelle Charest, announced financial assistance of $5,111,573 from the provincial government to be granted to the village of Warden for work aimed at bringing drinking water supply up to standard under the Programme d’infrastructures municipales d’eau (PRIMEAU).

“This financial support of more than $ 5.1 million will help meet an important need of the residents of Warden. It is undoubtedly an investment for the good health of all. This work on water infrastructure is a concrete example of our government’s commitment to the development of towns and municipalities in all regions of Quebec, and I am very proud of it,” stated Laforest.
