The pandemic did not slow down the l’Organisme de bassin versant de la Yamaska (OBV Yamaska) in its projects in 2020-2021. A total of 39 projects were carried out and the current year is already busy, with another 30 projects continuing and a dozen that have been launched.

In 2020-2021, the OBV Yamaska carried out knowledge acquisition projects to better understand the challenges of watercourses, riparian strip plantations, protection of wildlife habitats, and support for producers in setting up in place of better agricultural practices to protect biodiversity.

Project creation workshops were also organized with citizens and OBV partners to tackle the four major issues that affect Yamaska.
