Brome-Missisquoi is kicking of its new project called Ceramists, Cafés and Municipalities, to highlight the community’s collaborative spirit and to promote its municipalities, businesses, and artisans.

The project is part of the MRC of Brome-Missisquoi’s population attraction strategy, which aims, among other things, to stimulate local pride while offering more visibility to regional initiatives which have it stand out from other areas in Québec.

Inspired by the region’s four values, liberty, commitment, boldness and authenticity, the MRC team and five talented local ceramists have co-produced a series of cups. Emilie Dion of Atelier Em, Elisabeth Gauthier, Cynthia Moreau of Cycycéramique, Christian Roy, and the Atelier Trema team contributed each their respective techniques and styles in the design and hand-made production of these unique pieces portraying Brome-Missisquoi.
